Sealants

As any dentist will tell you, the best way to treat dental complications is to keep them from occurring in the first place. Dental sealants are one of the most important preventative services that we offer. When a child’s permanent molars first come in, Dr. Bharathi Reddy can apply a thin plastic coating to the top of these teeth. This coating will prevent bits of food and bacteria from accumulating inside the fissures of the chewing surfaces. Although we typically provide sealants for our pediatric patients, adults can benefit from them as well.
